Write to the office

Send a note to expedition@jacket-industries.com. A useful letter mentions:

• Your explorer name (the one on your museum plaques)
• Your device and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
• The app version, printed at the bottom of the game's own How to Play screen
• What you expected, and what the ground did instead

The questions the office hears most

My purchase did not show up.

If a crystal purchase goes through while the expedition office is unreachable, it is credited automatically the next time the app opens with a signal. Give it one fresh launch before writing in — and if it still has not arrived, write in and it will be put right.

I got a new phone and my expedition is gone.

Your expedition travels on your iCloud Keychain. On the new device, make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud Keychain on (device Settings → your name → iCloud → Passwords), then reinstall the app. If the keychain never carried the key over, the old expedition cannot be recovered — the office genuinely has no way to tell your expedition from anyone else's without it. This is the price of the game asking you for nothing at sign-up, and the manual is honest about it: your expedition and your key.

The app says it is off the grid.

Expedition needs a connection — the ledger lives at the office, not on the phone, which is what keeps every find honest. The notice clears itself the moment a signal returns; nothing is lost in the meantime.

Searching does nothing new here.

That is the movement rule working as intended. You get a few looks at any one spot, then the ground is picked over — walk on a bit and your looks come back. The full rule is in the manual under Exploring.
